We work closely with our homeowners, in conjunction with mortgage lenders and 203(k) project managers, to make that fixer-upper a dream come true.

As a 203(k) contractor, Fowlers handles all aspects of the project from start to finish including permits and inspections, purchasing homeowner selected materials, and coordinating all subtrades.

We have built custom modular homes in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. Fowlers was fortunate to partner with a local non-profit organization in a unique opportunity to build modular homes on Mackinac Island.

We have partnered with Active Homes (Marlette, MI), Little Valley Homes (Novi, MI), and Unibilt Homes (Ohio) to provide quality new construction homes that can be tailored to meet anyone's design.
